Like Crazy by willyoupleasebequiet *complete*
Author’s summary: They say that there are three certainties in life: birth, death & taxes. A fourth certainty in Edward & Bella’s life is their friendship…okay, five if you include Edward’s fixation on seeing her boobs. Inspired by WhatsMyNomDePlume’s “Best I Ever Had”
So, we all loved Best I Ever Had and Best Thing I Ever Did by WhatsMyNomDePlume, check out the reviews and lists those stories are on here and here. Anyway, I totally get why someone would get inspired to write something based on that story, but this story is basically awesome on it’s own. It’s told in third person most of the time, and Edward’s POV is in there with glimpses of Edward and Bella “together” in the future. I promise it makes sense.
I will list the reasons why this story is worth reading:
Chocolate pizza-a warm, thin pastry shaped like a pizza, with double-melted chocolate as the “sauce”, topped with melted marshmallows and candied hazelnut bits, then carved into triangle slices like a real pizza.
Chocolate syringes-a plastic syringe filled with chocolate that you can shoot straight into your mouth.
Edward with tats and quoting lines from Friends
Birthday presents that are better than cheese from Wisconsin
Edward delivering hamsters and teaching a six year old how to “fist bump”
Edward coping a feel when he saved Bella from being hit by a bus
Friendship ceremonies
Alice vomiting on the side of a church
Bella is a total geek with two degrees from Harvard, but she also may have dyed a hamster blue.
Bella eats cupcakes backwards.
Edward a recovering drug addict that takes it one day at a time, until he is forced to face his past in California. I know that sounds serious, but the story doesn’t do angst, so no worries there. Edward’s past doesn’t bring the story down, it just fills it out a little.
I struggled with picking a excerpt that I loved because I loved something in every chapter. This story has the right amount of funny and sexiness. Bella and Edward are best friends first, then things of course change.

The Procrustean Bed by Gemini13me
Author’s summary: A Procrustean Bed- a standard or set of conditions, determined arbitrarily, to which everyone is forced to conform. But the question is… are there really any rules when it comes to the affairs of the heart?
Check out my review of this story here, when it was a WIP. The epilogue was posted last week. Edward and Bella go on quite a bumpy ride in this one.

I like my romance with a bit of laughter! This week, I’ve got two drabble fics that will have you in stitches. {The good kind}
First up is Sperm Donor Wanted by OzellaMarie.
Summary: What do you do when your biological clock is ticking? Uh? You hit up your best friend’s brother for ‘donations’. Crazy little drabble fic with all the usual suspects. All the fun stuff! Rated M
Bella has a goal. She’s determined. But her targeted baby daddy has changed a bit since she last saw him. But the show must go on! Don’t shy away from this drabble because it has over 105 chapters. Most of the chapters are a paragraph or two, so it’s a quick fun read. You will adore Rose and Emmett. Let’s just say they bring color to the story.
If you need a little break from angsty stories, this fic is full of zaniness that will have you smiling.
Next is Twi-Trek.
This fic is brought to you by three writers working under the name of ThreeHotPotatoes. I mentioned this fic last summer when it was a WIP. It’s now complete and ready for you to enjoy. Yes, it’s a crossover but I’m sure I’m not the only geeky girl around here. [KB: I am a such a geek. I loved both Star Trek movies!]

Its five year mission: to explore strange new worlds, assist civilizations in their quest for peace, and to boldly crackfic where no fic has gone before. The Hot Potatoes are at it again. Set your lasers on fun, not stun, and enjoy the journey with the whole crazy crew of the Twinterprise. I know Annie is a Chris Pine fan, but I think Capt. CullenKirk is pretty hunky too! Each chapter takes a crack at the famous movie series but adds our lovable Twilight characters into the roles. There’s a sexual empathy, a traitor, a schmexy Captain, and a planet called Rimjob. {tee-hee, laughs like a 12 year old boy}
If you want a little fun in your fic, give these two a read. They’re short chapters but you’ll finish with a smile.
